Our Team Structure
FAF is led by a focused team of student leaders. Here's how we're organized — and where you could fit in.
Sets the overall vision and direction for FAF. Coordinates across all departments, represents the organization externally, and ensures every project aligns with our mission of connecting Moldova's IT community.
Supports the CEO in day-to-day operations, steps in when needed, and oversees cross-department collaboration. The COO ensures deadlines are met and the team stays on track during event season.
Manages relationships with partners, sponsors, and external stakeholders. Handles outreach, negotiates sponsorship packages, and maintains the network of companies that support FAF events.
Recruits and onboards new volunteers, organizes internal team-building activities, and keeps the FAF community healthy and motivated. HR is the heartbeat of our volunteer culture.
Owns the visual identity of FAF — from event banners and social media graphics to merchandise and presentation decks. Leads a small design team to keep everything on-brand and polished.
Runs FAF's public-facing communications — social media, press coverage, community announcements, and content strategy. Grows our reach and makes sure every event gets the attention it deserves.
